• Slow Fashion Process: Every single piece is made-to-order. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for your pieces to be carefully crafted before they head out for shipping.
• Small Batch Care: Select custom items take a little extra time to make, and we appreciate you supporting our slow-batch process.
• The Shipping Reality: Once your order leaves our hands, carrier shipping speeds are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding as independent postal services do their thing to get your package to your door!

Returns for U.S. Domestic Orders:
- Available through USPS.
- Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit.
- Return Window: Items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process:
- Cost Deduction: Return label cost is deducted from the store credit.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in plastic wrapper (if applicable), with all tags and liners attached.
