returns & refunds
we want you to love what you ordered. if something isn't right, we're here to help.
returns — u.s. domestic orders
we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. all returns are issued as store credit only.
to initiate a return, email return@thebananniediariesbyannie.com within 14 days of delivery. please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
return labels are available through usps. the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.
items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging (if applicable), with all tags and liners attached.
what can't be returned
the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- sale items
- swimwear
- intimates
- gift cards
exchanges
to exchange an item, follow the return instructions above to receive store credit, then place a new order for the item you'd like. store credit is issued within 5–7 business days of return receipt so you can apply it to your new order right away.
damaged or incorrect items
please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at return@thebananniediariesbyannie.com with your order number and photos or video clearly showing the issue.
once we've reviewed your claim we'll let you know how we'll make it right. in some cases we may ask that the item be returned before a replacement is sent, if so, we'll provide the return label at no cost to you.
order cancellations
because orders are sent to fulfillment immediately upon placement, we're unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted. please double check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
