i didn't create the mental health matters collection because mental health was trending.
i created it because i know what it feels like to hit rock bottom without even realizing you're there.
looking back, i can see it now. i was exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to convince myself i was fine because i didn't know what "not fine" was supposed to look like.
that's why this collection means so much to me.
every design is a reminder that it's okay to slow down. it's okay to ask for help. it's okay to choose yourself. healing doesn't happen overnight, and it definitely isn't a straight line.
if one sweatshirt makes someone feel a little less alone, if one towel starts a conversation, or if one bikini helps someone take a deep breath, then this collection has already done exactly what i hoped it would.
sometimes the smallest reminders make the biggest difference.
